Who provides the service

FLAKPROOF is provided by Ron Gidron. Contact support@flakproof.ai. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record; its checkout terms also apply.

Your purchase

US$4.99, paid once. Applicable taxes and currency conversion are shown at checkout. One initial deck analysis plus three revised-deck analyses for the same meeting and audience, with a revision blueprint for each report. Includes 10 rehearsal answers in total, up to five approved audience profiles and 10 public-profile lookup attempts. Access lasts 30 days from the initial analysis. No subscription.

Included revisions are updated versions of the same presentation for the same meeting, objective and approved audience—not new presentations or rooms. We use text similarity to check this. If a legitimate revision is rejected, contact support before buying again. A blueprint is guidance, not an automatically edited PDF or PowerPoint.

Delivery and recovery

Sign in with the same Flakproof account before checkout and to access your purchase. If you previously purchased through ChatGPT, use your original login or connect those purchases from your account page. Access is granted after payment confirmation, not merely returning from checkout. A failed initial analysis restores its analysis credit; a failed follow-up restores that included use. If status is uncertain, retry the same request or contact support rather than paying again. The 30-day access period starts when your initial analysis succeeds. New content is not saved. Download results before leaving the page. To resume, re-upload the same PDF and re-enter the same meeting settings, objective and approved audience. Up to three successful recovery regenerations per analysis are available without another purchase or using a revision allowance; generated results may differ. Contact support if you cannot recover a session. Older saved reports are preserved for export until you choose to delete them.

Refunds and support

For duplicate charges, delivery problems or refund requests, email support with your order receipt. Do not send card details or your confidential deck. Requests are reviewed with Lemon Squeezy; applicable consumer rights and Lemon Squeezy’s refund decisions are not limited by these terms. A refunded purchase loses access to its associated reports and remaining usage. Deleting saved history is not a refund request.

What the analysis can—and cannot—do

FLAKPROOF evaluates extracted text from supported PDFs. It does not verify your business claims or analyze image-only charts, visual design or scanned slides. Feedback and audience predictions may be incomplete or wrong. Review the evidence and use your own judgment; this is not professional financial, legal or investment advice and does not guarantee a meeting outcome.

Your content and responsible use

Only submit content and professional audience information you are authorized to share with the services described in our Privacy notice. You retain your rights in your uploaded material. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information, impersonate audience members, bypass usage limits or interfere with other customers’ access. Only audience briefings you approve influence your analysis.
